Job Title: Content Manager Instagram & TikTok Specialist
About Us
Were a fast growing brand looking for a content manager who lives and breathes Instagram and TikTok. This role is for someone who understands how to build attention, create engaging content, and grow communities on short-form video platforms.
Role Overview
As our Content Manager, youll be responsible for owning and executing our Instagram and TikTok strategy. Youll create content that aligns with our brand voice, drives engagement, and turns followers into loyal fans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage content calendars for Instagram and TikTok
- Create, edit, and publish short-form video content (Reels & TikToks) that feels native to the platforms
- Identify and act on trends quickly while keeping content on-brand
- Write captions, hooks, and CTAs that drive engagement and conversions
- Track analytics, measure performance, and iterate based on results
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to align content with campaigns and launches
- Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and cultural trends
Requirements
- Proven experience creating and managing Instagram Reels and TikTok content (portfolio or examples required)
- Strong understanding of short-form video storytelling and platform-native editing styles
- Ability to ideate, shoot, and edit content quickly
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance reporting
- Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of timing and trends
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt brand voice across platforms
Nice to Have
- Experience growing brand accounts beyond 10k followers
- Background in influencer marketing or partnerships
- Skills in photography, graphic design, or copywriting
