Content Operations Manager Job at Residence Supply in Miami

At Residence Supply, were not just selling lighting were building a cultural brand rooted in old-world craftsmanship and modern storytelling. Our products live in Architectural Digest-worthy spaces, and our content needs to match that energy bold, high-performance, and just the right amount of unhinged.

Were scaling fast, and we need a Content Operations Manager who can organize, inspire, and drive our creative engine making sure every piece of content, from Instagram reels to podcast episodes, moves the needle for our brand.

The Role

Youre the conductor of our content orchestra overseeing creative pods, working closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, and ensuring that our content is not just pretty but profitable.

Youll balance hands-on creative strategy with system-driven execution, building processes that keep our teams output sharp, consistent, and viral-ready.

What Youll Do

• Own our content calendar and monthly campaign themes
• Collaborate with creators to develop high-impact, platform-native ideas
• Align content strategy with ad campaigns, influencer partnerships, and seasonal launches
• Manage creative pods: social, product PDP, influencer, clipping team
• Oversee QC to eliminate low-performing filler content

Brand Growth Initiatives

• Build & run our Brand Ambassador Program
• Launch a viral clipping & distribution system to push content across 50+ sub accounts
• Work with the marketing team to test new content formats and hooks

Performance & Optimization

• Track content KPIs and pivot strategies based on data
• Ensure every post aligns with customer psychology & brand tone
• Report weekly on wins, misses, and opportunities

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years in content operations, creative strategy, or social media management
• Proven ability to run content teams and maintain high-volume output
• Skilled in organizing creative workflows (Asana, Trello, or similar)
• Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithm behavior
• Able to balance creative vision with performance-driven results
• Bonus: experience in e-commerce, home design, or luxury brands
• Competitive salary: $60K$70K (based on experience)
• 10 PTO days annually
