This role bridges product strategy, data analysis, and team leadership-supporting mission-critical features such as opportunity detail views, alerting systems, solicitation pipelines, and AI-powered editorial tools. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with structured public data, leading cross-functional initiatives, and managing both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will help equip our clients - including leading companies in aerospace, defense, IT, and professional services - with data, AI, and workflow tools that give them a strategic edge.

The day-to-day:

Content & Intelligence Product Leadership

  • Own and enhance user-facing content features and workflows that transform raw data into actionable government market intelligence
  • Manage integration of public procurement datasets (e.g., FPDS.gov, USASpending.gov, SAM.gov), ensuring completeness and consistency across content features
  • Help develop AI-assisted editorial workflows and content enrichment tools
  • Support ingestion and organization of solicitation and contract vehicle data, including sources such as eBuy and agency-specific portals
  • Design and maintain key reports that provide strategic insight into government contracting activity
Team Management & Operational Enablement
  • Hire, mentor, and manage a team of opportunity analysts focused on content accuracy, quality, and relevance
  • Develop training programs and documentation to onboard new analysts and enhance team performance
  • Support technical projects such as database migrations and performance optimization
Cross-Functional Product Management
  • Act as product owner for intelligence-focused features within the platform, managing product backlogs and coordinating development
  • Write clear and concise user stories and requirements for enhancements to data and content features
  • Track, document, and help resolve bugs in collaboration with engineering and QA teams
Internal & Customer-Facing Support
  • Fulfill ad-hoc data and content requests from sales, marketing, customer success, and executive teams
  • Participate in customer meetings and product demonstrations by sharing insights and context on data and content features
  • Respond to support tickets and assist with maintaining internal and external documentation
  • Collaborate on webinars and other educational initiatives related to government contracting intelligence
Who you are:

  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, ZenDesk, and Tableau/Power BI
