About The Role

The Enablement Content Manager, reporting to the Director of Enablement, is the central point of contact for our external enablement partners, managing key relationships and ensuring our enablement initiatives are executed flawlessly. You will own monitoring content build and deployment for various initiatives, including sales kickoffs, role-based learning journeys, and webinars. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align on project goals and deliverables. This role offers an opportunity for a motivated individual to significantly impact our enablement workflow, working with a talented, diverse team to shape content delivery. Candidates should have strong program management skills, cross-functional coordination abilities, and a passion for enhancing support team knowledge, responsiveness to product changes, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison with external enablement agencies/vendors, including onboarding, managing initiatives, and ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate content and facilitation for events such as sales kickoffs, webinars, and customer enablement sessions.
  • Monitor project scope, set timelines, and manage resources to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Build relationships with internal teams to understand needs and create clear briefs for external vendors.
  • Facilitate communication across teams to align project goals and outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates to the Enablement team, marketing, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth information flow between internal teams and external agencies.

Key Skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for articulating requirements and building relationships.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex situations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with BigTinCan and AI tools is a plus.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in project or vendor management within learning, content, marketing, or agency environments.
