A leading video, audio, and voice technologies company is seeking a Content Development Specialist. The successful candidate will support the migration of knowledge assets into a new format optimized for AI integration.

AI Content Development Specialist Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform existing documentation into structured, ingestible content for internal AI tools.

AI Content Development Specialist Qualifications:
* Experience with AI tools.
* Experience with content management systems or maintaining internal knowledge bases.
* Experience with marketing or content development is preferred.
* Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.
* Strong writing and content creation skills.
