The Digital Campaigns & Content Specialist will play a central role in driving member engagement, digital conversion, and revenue growth inside the WealthBuilders Community App. This is not just a content creation role, its a performance-focused marketing position responsible for building and executing campaigns that directly generate revenue through event promotions, member retention, product offerings, program enrollments, and upsell strategies.
You will oversee all digital marketing communications, including email, SMS, and in-app campaigns, while owning the full content lifecycle from planning through performance tracking. Every campaign you build should be designed to influence member behavior, boost ticket sales, drive program sign-ups, promote merchandise, and increase retention. Your performance will be measured by how well your communications convert - whether thats clicks, purchases, program completions, or logins.
This is a high-impact execution role that requires strong digital marketing instincts, an eye for data, and the ability to turn strategy into consistent weekly output. Youll collaborate cross-functionally with the program, video, and design teams to amplify major initiatives, use urgency-based messaging to spark action, and create campaigns that help members move from passive readers to active participants and buyers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a content strategy that highlights the communitys value proposition, success stories, and member benefits: Design a content plan for inside the WealthBuilders Community App that showcases the impact of the WealthBuilders Community. Highlight testimonials, achievements, and the unique value members receive. Ensure the content strategy supports both acquisition and retention goals.
- Collaborate with program and app teams to create and schedule promotional content for courses, merchandise, bootcamps, and events: Collaborate with the WB App team members to develop promotional content for courses, bootcamps, guides, and workshops. Ensure that timelines, messaging, and visuals are aligned with launch dates and program milestones.
- Create and publish engaging content (social media posts, articles, videos) that fosters discussions, interactions, and connection within the community: Develop platform-specific content that resonates with members and attracts new members. Encourage dialogue and participation through comments, shares, and reactions across all digital channels.
- Develop and execute revenue-generating digital campaigns for virtual and in-person events: Own the strategy, timeline, and rollout for promotional campaigns tied to ticketed events such as the Cash Flow Creation Summit and Wealth Builders Weekend. Build segmented campaign flows across email, app, and SMS that drive urgency, highlight event value, and convert members into ticket holders. Partner with the content, design, and data teams to track sales performance and optimize messaging in real-time to meet ticket revenue goals.
- Curate and distribute content that keeps members informed about community activities, events, and resources: Build weekly or monthly communication schedules that include emails, in-app messages, and posts that highlight what's happening on the platform to keep members involved
- Leverage member testimonies and success stories for external marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with the overall brand message: Collect and repurpose real member experiences into case studies, social content, and ads that drive credibility and emotional connection.
- Collaborate with the graphic design and video editor team to create marketing materials that promote community engagement, campaigns, and retention: Work cross-functionally to bring campaigns to life with high-quality visuals and media. Provide creative direction and final approvals.
- Create conversion-focused content and social proof to increase event ticket sales, program purchases, and product offerings: Leverage testimonials, member wins, and success stories to build high-converting campaigns across email, SMS, app posts, and social platforms. Tailor messaging for each initiative - whether it's promoting a live event, launching a new bootcamp, or highlighting a limited-time product. Use countdowns, urgency-driven content, and segmented targeting to drive conversions, and monitor performance to refine campaigns for maximum revenue impact.
- Analyze engagement metrics and retention data to optimize community strategies and improve participation: Track data across platforms, assess what's working, and adjust strategies to meet retention, growth, and engagement KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of digital marketing best practices, including email, SMS, and in-app campaign strategy
- Hands-on experience building and executing content across platforms like Active Campaign, Instagram, and Canva
- Skilled in crafting high-converting marketing copy for emails, sales pages, landing pages, and event promotions
- Proven track record of supporting successful product, course, or event launches
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
- Ability to build and manage detailed campaign calendars that align with marketing goals and launch timelines
- Comfortable analyzing campaign data, engagement metrics, and conversion trends to inform improvements
- Experience collaborating with designers, video editors, and internal program teams to bring campaigns to life
- Knowledge of social media trends, retention strategies, and member engagement tactics
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with a proactive, deadline-driven mindset
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for engagement, products, services and memberships.
