$60,000 - $80,000 a year

As a Marketing Associate at Addition Wealth, youll be a true jack-of-all-trades writing engaging content, managing social media, supporting marketing campaigns, and experimenting with new strategies to drive growth. We are looking a doer someone who thrives on executing quickly, learning from data, and adapting on the fly.

What Youll Do:
Content Creation & Strategy
  1. Write, edit, and produce high-quality content for blogs, social media, emails, and web.
  2. Develop compelling messaging that resonates with our target audiences and reflects our brand voice.
  3. Create quick-turnaround content to engage with real-time trends and conversations.
Social Media Management
  1. Manage and grow Addition Wealths social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram).
  2. Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and jump into conversations to keep our brand top-of-mind.
Campaign Execution
  1. Support multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social, owned, and media channels.
  2. Assist in managing and creating marketing assets (graphics, presentations, videos) in collaboration with design and content teams.
  3. Track and analyze campaign performance and iterate to improve results.
AI and Automation
  1. Use AI tools (like ChatGPT, Jasper, and Canva) to speed up content creation and automate workflows.
  2. Experiment with AI-generated content and monitor performance.
  3. Leverage data to make real-time adjustments to content and social strategies.
Market Research & Insights
  1. Keep a pulse on financial wellness and personal finance trends.
  2. Research competitors and industry movements to identify new opportunities.
  3. Provide regular insights and reports to improve future strategies.

  8. Hybrid Setting You're able to work in our New York City office 2-3 days per week.

What Youll Need:

  1. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management (internships count!)
  2. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  3. Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
  4. Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies
  5. Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva
  6. Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a startup environment
  7. Experience with AI writing tools and automation platforms a plus
  8. Finance and startup experience a plus
