Creative Director, Reality Labs (Creative X)

Meta Reality Labs is looking for a Creative Director to create groundbreaking work across all advertising and marketing touch points. This role will partner with marketers, producers, and researchers to develop creative on behalf of Reality Labs brands, ensuring a consistent visual language and identity through all touch points. We are looking for a highly strategic creative with experience leading efforts to execute across film, experiential marketing, social media, web, out-of-home, and events. This leader will have experience guiding teams, agencies, and/or production partners and be willing to roll up their sleeves to do the work when necessary. Experience thriving in an iterative and unstructured environment is critical.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy and creative direction of global campaigns for our Reality Labs portfolio
  • Manage development of creative executions across all channels that strongly resonate with the local market while maintaining consistency for the brand
  • Partner with creative agencies as well as roll up sleeves to develop original breakthrough ideas for a variety of marketing touch-points
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams across all workstreams to influence and align on business efforts. Cross-functional teams include: marketing, communications planning, organic social and influencer, media

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of experience in creative direction, building consumer brands globally
  • 5+ years of people management experience coaching and developing team members including experienced individual contributors
  • Experience developing and managing consumer marketing programs in an integrated marketing environment
  • Experience working with data and insights
  • Creative Direction experience across the full palette of creative expression: TV, digital, experiential, and ideas that drive earned media
  • Communication and presentation skills to build relationships with internal leadership and manage their expectations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience pursuing emerging technologies and creating in new platforms
  • Experience with fashion, technology, or entertainment brands

$174,000/year to $246,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
