Creative Resourcing Manager

Our telecommunications client is looking for a Creative Resourcing Manager to join their internal creative studio. This is a contract role, three months to start, with the strong potential to become full-time for the right fit. You must be able to work a hybrid schedule (onsite three days/week, remote two days/week) in Overland Park, Kansas.

Summary: The Creative Resourcing Manager is a key operational partner within the internal creative studio, responsible for aligning talent from project needs while ensuring smooth onboarding and team integration for new hires. This role requires a strong understanding of creative workflows and a proactive approach to managing resources and studio operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the flow of work into the studio, triage requests and ensuring timely and efficient resourcing.
• Collaborate with project managers and creative leads to forecast resource needs and identify gaps.
• Handle onboarding for new team members, including training coordination, badge requests, and adding to distribution lists.
• Support studio operations with scheduling, reporting, and process improvements.
• Maintain a strong understanding of creative disciplines including print, digital, and production.

Qualifications:

• Three or more years experience in creative operations or resource management.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Agency or creative background is ideal.
• If you have any experience with onboarding new team members, also a plus.
