Sr. Creative Designer
Wolfe is looking for a Sr. Creative Designer to drive the delivery of our brand and marketing visuals with a high level of creativity, expertise, and strategic thinking. This role is responsible for designing compelling, high-impact visual assets that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. As a key contributor, you will work on significant design initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally to elevate and deliver Wolfe's marketing presence for our consumer business unit. You may also provide guidance to external creative partners.

This role requires in-office attendance five days a week in Pittsburgh, PA.

Qualifications include:
- 5+ years of experience in visual design, motion graphics, and video editing, with a strong portfolio across branding, marketing, and digital/video content
- Proficient in Figma (including design systems), Adobe Creative Suite, video editing, animation, and AI tools like Midjourney
- Skilled in print design, typography, layout, color theory, and storytelling for both digital and physical formats
- Proven ability to lead strategy and execution of integrated visual campaigns across product, brand, and marketing
- Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills, able to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities include:
- Lead creative direction and execution for consumer products, including digital, social, print, and presentations
- Develop video and motion content for campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling, ensuring high-quality, on-brand output
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and tech teams to align creative with strategic goals
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and drive innovation through trend awareness and evolving best practices
- Establish efficient, scalable design and video workflows to support ongoing content production
