What will you do?
As a Designer, Concepts, youll sit at the intersection of creative development, storytelling execution, and operational clarity. This role partners closely with the Sr. Director of Creative & Art Direction to bring seasonal concepts to life from early idea generation to fully built toolkits and visual storytelling systems.
Youll be responsible for translating seasonal narratives into tangible design outputs: decks, templates, toolkits, rig room visuals, and AI-generated concepts that support product design, merchandising, and brand partners. You are both highly creative and deeply structured a detail-obsessed visual thinker who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
A day in the life looks like:
- Partner with Creative Direction to translate seasonal storytelling into visual tools for product, merchandising, and marketing teams.
- Design and build internal decks, presentations, and toolkits to support milestone reviews, internal sell-ins, and cross-functional alignment.
- Develop and maintain seasonal templates, usage guides, and creative standards in partnership with category leads.
- Help concept, design, and set up rig rooms and physical spaces for seasonal walkthroughs, reviews, and kickoffs.
- Use AI creative tools and Adobe Creative Suite to generate impactful imagery that aligns with seasonal briefs, color direction, and material palettes.
- Touch up and edit images in Photoshop and apply them to decks, moodboards, and rig room visuals with polish and clarity.
- Serve as a creative systems thinkerbringing structure to workflows, organizing creative assets, and improving how storytelling gets delivered across the org.
- Collaborate closely with partners across Design, Color, Print, Graphics, Merch, and Brand to ensure cohesion across all storytelling touchpoints.
We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills youll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 5+ years of experience and professional achievements.
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALLE, Runway) for creative generation and image development.
- Strong layout and deck-building skills ability to build presentations that are clear, elevated, and visually cohesive.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity, building systems, and creating structure where it doesnt exist yet.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner across teams, from product design to marketing.
- Experience working in footwear, apparel, or fashion/lifestyle industries.
- Familiarity with rig room design, showroom visual planning, or seasonal space storytelling.
- Ability to prototype or mock up assets in 3D (Keyshot, Blender, CLO, etc.).
- Understanding of brand identity systems and campaign asset building.

Hiring Range:
$82,080.00 USD - $102,600.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
