We are seeking a new Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and print media. To be successful in this position, you'll be a self-starter, capable of delivering creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail. Apply today for immediate consideration.

Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

• Work with the in-house marketing department to brainstorm and execute campaign ideas

• Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software

• Producing social media content, including photoshoot and video shoots

• Retouching images and videos

• Creating grand opening artwork both digital and print

• Animation is a PLUS!

• Prep assets for print vendors

• Communicating with franchisees about goals, layouts, and design

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

• Min 3 year experience as a Graphic Designer

• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

• Some web design capabilities required in order to update our sites in Framer and WordPress.

• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Adobe Creative Suite

• A strong eye for visual composition.

• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.

• Team Player

• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
