What You'll Do
As our Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping our brand identity and creating eye-catching visuals that support sales, marketing, and company-wide initiatives. Working closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership, you'll thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where creativity, innovation, and teamwork are valued.
- Design a wide range of marketing materials, including print, digital, promotional, and in-store graphics.
- Create compelling content for social media, websites, campaigns, and presentations-incorporating illustrations, logos, animations, and video elements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally from concept to completion to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative assets.
- Support Sales with custom materials such as brochures, sell sheets, and special project collateral.
- Manage and maintain digital assets while leveraging design software and AI tools to drive innovative solutions.
What We're Looking For
We'd love to meet you if you bring:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field preferred. Equivalent experienceand a strong portfolio will also be considered.
- Experience: 3-5 years of professional design experience
- Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), A solid understanding of typography, layouts, and design for both digital and print platforms, Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Bonus Points: Expertise in WordPress and Premiere Pro
