The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in True Healths marketing and promotional efforts by managing social media, designing flyers and graphics, coordinating event logistics, and supporting community outreach initiatives. This role also assists in fundraising, development activities, and brand representation to enhance True Healths visibility and engagement.

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in True Healths marketing and promotional efforts by managing social media, designing flyers and graphics, coordinating event logistics, and supporting community outreach initiatives. This role also assists in fundraising, development activities, and brand representation to enhance True Healths visibility and engagement.
Primary Functions
- Creatively develop content for social media platforms, website and print materials.
- Understand, implement, and represent brand guidelines across all channels and marketing materials.
- Develop and implement marketing plans and projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Write press releases and other marketing materials as requested.
- Represent True Health at health fairs, community events, and outreach activities (some events may take place outside of regular business hours).
- Analyze market trends, community needs, and program effectiveness to identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist with donor and community engagement efforts to support fundraising and development initiatives.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or similar degree and/or experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
- Excellent written English language skills
- Marketing or community outreach experience
- Experience in coordinating events
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
- Strong organization skills
- Detail oriented
- Conflict resolution
- Bilingual a plus
- Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Reports to the Director of Marketing
- Ability to use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms
- Ability to occasionally lift office projects and supplies up to 20 pounds
- Requires bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as necessary
- Ability to work events that may be held outdoors
- Reliable transportation to fulfil marketing and outreach efforts
