Job BriefWe are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Marketing Specialist to join our team at First Texas Homes, a leading homebuilder in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. If you're creative, data-driven, and eager to make an impact in the homebuilding industry, we'd love to meet you.Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as events, digital campaigns and promotions focused on lead generation. Work closely with sales, product development and digital marketing specialist to align marketing initiatives and business goals, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Lead project management tasks, from the initial planning to execution and ensure consistent communication across internal teams and external vendors.Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are followed and consistent.Update website content, improve user experience (UX) and assist with updates utilizing PHP, CMS or other relevant website tools. Write, proofread and edit creative/technical content across different media. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to execute and deliver on various marketing tasks. Assist in targeted campaigns designed to drive online sales and support the sales team in generating quality leads.Manage CRMs, lead flow and reporting of various marketing KPIs.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the homebuilding industry.Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as CRM systems (e.g. Lasso), and content management systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling content. Strong analytical skills and data driven decision-making.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Experience working with PHP-based websites and maintaining website content and structure.
