Who You Are

- Strategic, able to interact at a senior level, yet also a hands-on tactician and strategic executor.
What You'll Do
- Oversee corporate marketing, lead generation, and public relations efforts.
- Manage internal and contract marketing resources, helping to drive awareness, reach, and new business efforts.
- Develop and contribute to client-facing materials, including but not limited to, call scripts, email copy, direct mail content, technology FAQs, case studies, company pitch, and product presentations.
- Conceptualize, build and manage lead-generating marketing campaigns across channels including email, direct mail, phone, and conferences/events that achieve key sales milestones.
- Research, source contact information for, and target key personas with messaging that creates urgency and drives sales.
- Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.
- Effectively communicate through reporting or dashboards (campaign planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, campaign efficiency metrics, events, and strategic KPIs).
- Liaise with external design, development, and reporting firms to assist the Company in completing both ongoing and discrete marketing projects.
- Oversee promotion of Company public appearances, including press releases, interviews, conferences and other events
- Maintain compelling Company website, regularly integrating feedback from clients, colleagues and investors into new pages and interactive tools that increase public engagement and interest.
- Report to the Head of Revenue, Executive Team and investors on marketing and sales success, making periodic recommendations as needed on strategic direction based on industry best practices.
Required Skills and Experience
- Prior experience driving overall marketing function, with demonstrated program management and lead generation experience.
- Previous work experience in a lead generation marketing role managing strategy and execution on acquisition and sales campaigns.
- Prior experience marketing to commercial real estate a plus.
- Marketing automation and analytic skills, ability to manage marketing data and identify opportunities. Ability to design, build, and deliver reporting and KPIs. CRM experience (HubSpot).
- Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI. Outstanding presentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills; critical thinker and creative.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or relevant field.
