Role and Responsibilities
- Lead design awards submissions and develop deadline-oriented deliverables
- Collaborate with internal and external project teams to create custom, project-specific proposal submissions
- Coordinate social media content and initiatives across multiple platforms
- Work with other members of the marketing team and design staff on special initiatives
- Develop, write, and layout marketing collateral
- Research, analyze, and report on new opportunities, potential clients, and industry trends
- Maintain CRM, database, and marketing files
- Create tailored approaches and maintain materials used for proposals, visi, business development, correspondence, and presentation materials and reports
- Support multiple initiatives concurrently
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor or Masters degree in architecture, design, or related field
- At least 3 years of work experience
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a collegial team
- Ability to budget/manage time wisely and prioritize tasks
- Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills
- Ability to create tailored graphic layouts and maintain graphic standards
- Ability to write and edit initiative-specific text
- Fluency in critical software programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite)
- Database experience preferred (Deltek Vantagepoint, OpenAsset)
- Interest in Dattner Architects mission, portfolio, and sectors
Compensation
Salary $65,000 - $85,000 commensurate with experience.
