Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Associate Manager to join our Marketing team on a temporary basis. This role will provide critical support across both brand marketing and marketing operations functions, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives and operational excellence across the team. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of seasonal marketing requirements, including briefing, routing, and tracking of creative assets for the North America DTC, Licensing and Global Marketing across owned, earned and paid channelsCoordinate with licensing and global partners on deliverables and approvals in partnership with your managerPartner with internal teams including PR/Influence & Social, Media, Production, Creative, Ecommerce, Merchandising, Store Ops, Regional Teams and Licensing to ensure alignment and executionAttend team meetings and provide follow-up documentation, action items, and status updatesSupport and maintain marketing materials and timelines, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely delivery of assets for licensing and global marketing teams and special projectsSupport monthly marketing briefs and go-to-market planning, including documentation and distribution Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or marketing operationsStrong organizational strategic and project management skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management toolsExperience in retail, fashion, or consumer brands preferredA self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentComfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting prioritiesBrings a positive, solutions-oriented mindset to every challengePay Details: $33.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
