We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **Marketing Associate** to join our growing team in Jersey City. The ideal candidate will support the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement. Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Coordinate with creative and strategy teams to execute marketing materials
- Support the planning and execution of events, product launches, and campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports
- Help manage internal documentation, schedules, and marketing assets
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 13 years of experience in marketing or a related role
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of analytics tools
