Were seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to lead key marketing initiatives and support sales growth across digital, print, and in-person channels. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, takes ownership of projects, and brings creative energy to a fast-paced B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage outbound marketing content: newsletters, press releases, brochures, and product sheets
• Create and edit basic graphics (Adobe Creative Suite)
• Grow our social media presence (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
• Coordinate media relationships, ad placements, and press coverage
• Plan and execute trade shows and eventsincluding logistics, booth setup/teardown, and staffing
• Support the sales team with branded presentations, sales content, and lead follow-up
• Track campaigns and performance metrics in collaboration with sales leadership
• Maintain organized marketing materials and digital assets

Qualifications:

• 2-5+ years in a marketing or communications coordination role
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong social media management and content creation skills
• Hands-on experience with trade show or event coordination
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM or equivalent tools
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs for event materials
• Self-directed, accountable, and proactive in driving projects forward

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
• Interest or background in high-tech, industrial, or engineering sectors
• Basic video editing or photography
