Coastal Ridge Real Estate is hiring: Marketing Specialist in Columbus

As a Marketing Specialist, youll act as a subject matter expert in the day-to-day administration of the marketing department inclusive of listing management, email marketing campaigns, and overall portfolio support. You will partner with the marketing team to ensure our digital presence and internal processes support optimal leasing. Each day will be a little different and bring learning opportunities.

Where Youll Work:

Located in downtown Columbus, Ohio, our corporate offices overlook the Columbus Commons which plays hosts to over 200 events throughout the year. Enjoy the buildings fitness center and rooftop terrace with adjoining clubroom, and walk to some of the citys best restaurants and downtown amenities.

What Youll Own:

1. Audit and maintain digital presence for a growing portfolio of assets inclusive of community websites, social media accounts, and ILS listings. Ensure brand compliance and all data provided is accurate and appropriate.
2. Assist in e-communication and social posting for planned monthly marketing campaigns. Assist with additional communication throughout the month, as needed.
3. Construct, maintain, and update all marketing databases.
4. Assist in transitions and rebrand execution; account set up of social media, ILS listings, digital onboarding tasks.
5. Collaborate with marketing team to ensure timely execution of company and departmental strategic initiatives, training, or special projects.
6. Assist in compilation and analysis of monthly lead reporting.
7. Assist in creation, execution, and distribution of monthly marketing campaigns.
8. Provide support in coding invoices and tracking expenses.
9. Provide support to site teams with general inquiries (location of training materials, password lockouts).
10. Assist in training new team members, including Marketing Coordinators.
11. Other duties and projects as directed and assigned.

1. High school degree or equivalent required, bachelors degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry or affiliated business, preferred.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.
4. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
5. Experience within Entrata and/or Reputation.com considered as a plus, but not required!
