Overview

Bridge Investment Group is seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to join our Marketing team as a Marketing Associate supporting our single-family rental portfolio. This role plays a key part in expanding marketing efforts and supporting revenue-generating programs across all single-family rental markets. The Marketing Associate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent communication, brand alignment, and an exceptional resident experience. Responsibilities span across graphic design, content creation, public reputation management, and campaign execution.

Responsibilities
  • Design marketing collateral including flyers, web graphics, promotional images, and announcements using tools like Canva
  • Manage copywriting for customer-facing content such as blog articles, social media posts, prospecting ads, and resident newsletters
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews across public platforms to maintain Bridge Homes' reputation
  • Document and escalate customer complaints to Legal and Operations teams as needed
  • Coordinate with internal departments and market teams to resolve escalated customer concerns
  • Create and distribute approved customer communications and operational updates
  • Manage standardized marketing communications and ensure compliance with Operations and Legal guidelines
  • Develop and execute unique marketing strategies for new Build-To-Rent (BTR) communities
  • Collect feedback on market-level challenges and successes and report findings to the marketing team
  • Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials such as signage, brochures, business cards, and ID badges
  • Coordinate with vendors for branded merchandise, signage, and promotional products
  • Research and recommend new tools, vendors, or products to enhance marketing effectiveness
  • Audit published listings to ensure they meet Bridge Homes brand standards
  • Track and report on the usage, reach, and impact of marketing campaigns and reputation management efforts
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
What you should bring
  • Strong skills in content creation, graphic design, and digital communication
  • Experience with tools such as Canva or comparable graphic design platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables across teams and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Ability to analyze marketing effectiveness and summarize key performance insights
  • A proactive and collaborative work style, with a customer-first mindset
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or single-family rentals
  • Familiarity with online reputation management and digital marketing channels
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Understanding of compliance and communication protocols in customer-facing materials
