Make an impactBridge Investment Group is seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to join our Marketing team as a Marketing Associate supporting our single-family rental portfolio.This role plays a key part in expanding marketing efforts and supporting revenue-generating programs across all single-family rental markets. The Marketing Associate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent communication, brand alignment, and an exceptional resident experience. Responsibilities span across graphic design, content creation, public reputation management, and campaign execution.Responsibilities IncludeDesign marketing collateral including flyers, web graphics, promotional images, and announcements using tools like CanvaManage copywriting for customer-facing content such as blog articles, social media posts, prospecting ads, and resident newslettersMonitor and respond to online reviews across public platforms to maintain Bridge Homes' reputationDocument and escalate customer complaints to Legal and Operations teams as neededCoordinate with internal departments and market teams to resolve escalated customer concernsCreate and distribute approved customer communications and operational updatesManage standardized marketing communications and ensure compliance with Operations and Legal guidelinesDevelop and execute unique marketing strategies for new Build-To-Rent (BTR) communitiesCollect feedback on market-level challenges and successes and report findings to the marketing teamManage the production and distribution of marketing materials such as signage, brochures, business cards, and ID badgesCoordinate with vendors for branded merchandise, signage, and promotional productsResearch and recommend new tools, vendors, or products to enhance marketing effectivenessAudit published listings to ensure they meet Bridge Homes brand standardsTrack and report on the usage, reach, and impact of marketing campaigns and reputation management effortsPerform other duties and special projects as assignedWhat you should bringStrong skills in content creation, graphic design, and digital communicationExperience with tools such as Canva or comparable graphic design platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliverables across teams and deadlinesStrong attention to detail, organization, and time managementAbility to analyze marketing effectiveness and summarize key performance insightsA proactive and collaborative work style, with a customer-first mindsetPreferred ExperienceExperience in real estate, property management, or single-family rentalsFamiliarity with online reputation management and digital marketing channelsExperience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendorsUnderstanding of compliance and communication protocols in customer-facing materialsWhat we offerFull Insurance benefit suite including Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Accident Insurance, Short Term Disability, Legal & Identity Theft Insurance, and Pet Insurance.Company paid Life Insurance (option to buy additional available) and Long-Term Disability.Access to benefits concierge service.Access to Mental Health & Well-Being service.401K: Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.11 Paid Holidays per year.Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
