Pomerantz LLP, a top-tier plaintiffs securities law firm with a global presence, seeks a talented marketing professional for its midtown New York office. As a member of our marketing and client service teams, you will assist the Senior Marketing Manager with various tasks. Join a bright, diverse, dedicated group of professionals in a supportive environment. 29 hours/ week to start with possible conversion to perm.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the writing, editing, and proofreading of marketing collateral as needed, including the firms bi-monthly newsletter, award submissions, brochures, articles, and presentations.

Assist with responses to RFPs, our RFP library project, and search the web weekly to identify RFPs from potential clients.

Assist with the execution of social media posts and social calendar.

Support our new website project.

Regularly update the Pomerantz firm bio and attorney bios.

Upload/edit content to keep the firm website current.

Support the client services team on various tasks, including preparing and proofreading client reports, drafting case summaries, and maintaining client charts

Skills and Attributes:

Excellent writer, editor, and communicator

Detail-oriented and organized

Strong creative and strategic skills

Team player

Familiarity with social media

Ability to multitask and perform under deadlines

Qualifications:

College degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or comparable field

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Nice to Haves:

Knowledge of Mailchimp, WordPress, Net Docs, and Canva

Experience with Paid social Facebook/Google ads

Social analytics experience

Salary: $33-37/hr per hour depending on experience

Competitive benefits package if full-time; while 29 hours/week can contribute to 401k after 6 months, eligible for commuter benefit

In office 4x and Remote Fridays
