Overview

Marketing Specialist at Chesmar Homes is a role focused on initiating effective online marketing campaigns and translating business goals into measurable marketing programs. This position supports digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives to drive sales growth and enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage marketing content
• Maintain MLS listings and developer presence
• Support sales offices
• Coordinate internal and external events
• Capture and edit home photos

Qualifications

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Google Analytics, WordPress, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrates professionalism, proper etiquette, and exemplary customer service.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of office management systems, procedures, and business operations.
• BS/BA in Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or Communications with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Flexible, adaptable, and capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and delegating effectively.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check.
