Position Overview:
This role provides consistent and valuable support to the marketing department management and operations.
Essential Job Functions:
- Handle various daily functions including appointments, terminations, acquisitions, etc.
- Serve as primary contact for Marketing and Technical Support queues, assisting agents, policyholders, and external representatives.
- Work effectively both in a team and independently.
- Maintain reliable attendance.
- Follow company policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Show initiative and resourcefulness.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- 220 or 20-44 license with at least one year of homeowner's insurance experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and computer usage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and proprietary software (training within 90 days).
- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
