Position Overview:

This role provides consistent and valuable support to the marketing department management and operations.

Essential Job Functions:

• Handle various daily functions including appointments, terminations, acquisitions, etc.
• Serve as primary contact for Marketing and Technical Support queues, assisting agents, policyholders, and external representatives.
• Work effectively both in a team and independently.
• Maintain reliable attendance.
• Follow company policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Show initiative and resourcefulness.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• 220 or 20-44 license with at least one year of homeowner's insurance experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in data entry and computer usage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and proprietary software (training within 90 days).
• Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
