Get Engaged is a leading full-service marketing agency with a focus in social media and influencer marketing. We are looking to hire a Social Media Strategist with 4-6+ years of agency and strategy experience who will lead the development and implementation of digital strategies and oversee strategic efforts across the Social Media Management team.Responsibilities, including but not limited to:Lead the development of platform strategies tailored to each client's unique goals and positioningGuide and mentor junior strategists and associate team members in research and planningUse social listening tools and native platform features to inform and optimize clients' social media presenceStay up to date on new platform updates and brief internal teams and clients as neededFacilitate and lead brainstorm sessions with brand managers, creatives, and design teamsProactively identify cultural trends, relevant moments, and engagement opportunities for our brandsOversee the development of brand personas and positioning documents to clearly differentiate our clients from competitorsBuild and own content strategies for each client, outlining evergreen, campaign, and real-time approachesLead reporting and optimization efforts by translating analytics and sentiment data into actionable insightsAttend and lead weekly client meetings, presenting strategic updates and opportunitiesIdentify growth areas and provide high-level recommendations that establish clients as leaders in their industriesPreferred Qualifications:4-6+ years of experience in social media strategy, with strong knowledge of:InstagramTikTokX (Twitter)FacebookThreadsStrong understanding of content creation workflows and creative processesExcellent copywriting and storytelling skillsExpertise in social listening, insights reporting, and translating data into strategyExceptional organizational skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and departmentsExperience leading client communication and presentationsJob Type: Full-Time Education: Bachelor's (preferred) or equivalent experience required.Location: Atlanta, GA
