SUMMARY:

The Manager, Media Operations will partner closely with the Associate Director, broader operations team, and OMD client teams to streamline digital workflows, drive operational efficiencies, and uphold best practices across a fast-paced, multi-brand retail account. This manager is responsible for leading QA of internal processes, provide hands on support for activation teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation, and identifying process improvement opportunities across all digital functions.

The Ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented self-starter with strong operations, project management, and/or investment experience, capable of navigating complex workflows and collaborating with onshore and offshore teams to ensure flawless campaign execution and operational excellence.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify operational requirements and assist with the development of processes, standards, and innovative solutions across the digital media landscape.
  • Oversee Prisma campaign setup and conduct frequent audits of campaign structure, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and data governance.
  • Assist with standardizing documentation, templates, and processes across all four brands within the portfolio.
  • Partner with Operations (Business Ops, Finance Ops, Data Ops), Investment, Planning, and Offshore teams to ensure effective collaboration and workflow integration.
  • Maintain visibility across current projects and assist with coordinating cross-functional inputs to meet deliverables and client deadlines.
  • Help project manage Investment workstreams and confirm projects are completed.
  • Identify resource requirements, especially related to offshore utilization.
  • Provide weekly status updates to Operations leadership and demonstrate appropriate judgement for escalating issues when necessary.
  • Flag process gaps or inefficiencies and suggest practical process improvements that can address all team's needs.
  • Support the Associate Director with the rollout of any new proprietary Omnicom technologies and platforms (e.g. OMNI).
  • Collaborate with the Associate Director to build strong and positive relationships with client counterparts, internal teams, vendors, and partners.
FUNCTIONAL EXPERTISE
  • Advanced knowledge of media management tool PRISMA's workflow.
  • Hands on experience building and actualizing campaigns within Prisma highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial operations and agency billing processes.
  • Previous experience supporting or working on an Investment team across any media channel.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms and media execution processes across Search, Social, and Programmatic channels.
  • Knowledge of campaign operation and management tools including - Google Marketing Platform (GCM), Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Programmatic DSPs (e.g. DV360)
  • Familiarity with the ad operations trafficking process.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, web queries).
  • Experience with project management tools like HIVE, Jira, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Datorama, and PowerBI.
  • Experience working with offshore teams in a support or enablement capacity.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS NEEDED
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising and/or Communications
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an advertising agency; Digital Activation/Investment, Ad Operations is preferred
  • Be a proactive, self-starter
  • Comfortable working with budgets and numerical values
  • Confidence in analyzing and acting on media data
  • Exceptional organizational skills, applied through an ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range

$50,000-$90,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
