Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of social media and influencer strategies that drive brand engagement and growth.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of agency experience in social media and influencer marketing.
- Deep knowledge of social platforms, algorithms, and content best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in the U.S. Hispanic market and ability to develop culturally relevant strategies.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills; ability to sell new business and manage client politics.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and large-scale client initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and results-driven recommendations.
