Digital Marketing Analyst
The Digital Marketing Analyst will optimize digital marketing strategies through detailed data analysis and reporting. This role manages campaign tag implementation, tracks KPIs, and ensures accurate data visualization to support informed marketing decisions. Using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Intelligence, the analyst supports campaign performance tracking, audience segmentation, and data integration. Collaborating with stakeholders and analyzing varied data sources, they provide actionable insights to enhance marketing effectiveness and strategic goals. The role includes leveraging generative AI to streamline reporting, improve segmentation, and generate insights. The primary focus is ensuring accurate tracking of digital campaigns and performance metrics. The analyst's work drives marketing improvements, boosts customer engagement, and advances the health system's mission through innovative marketing strategies. Estimated salary range for this position is $61,140.31 - $79,482.40 / year depending on experience.

Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 35 years in data analysis, digital analytics, marketing, or related fields.
- Proficient in Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, and visualization tools like Marketing Cloud Intelligence (preferred), Looker Studio, and Tableau, with self-service analytics and dashboard creation experience.
- Skilled in analyzing data from websites, apps, digital channels (email, SMS), and marketing campaigns, tracking user behavior, engagement, and conversions.
- Knowledge of server-side tag management and tracking methods.
- Experience with generative AI tools to improve analytics, reporting, and content optimization.
- A plus- Healthcare data standards including HIPAA. SQL for querying and data manipulation.
- Familiar or willing to learn Snowflake and BigQuery. Exp. in data modeling, ingestion, and integration for Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or CDPs.
- Proficient in Marketing Cloud Intelligence or similar BI platforms.
- Understanding of campaign attribution. Exp. building data extensions and automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Configuring campaign tracking for Salesforce CRM-A/Marketing Cloud Intelligence or Data Cloud reporting.
- Familiar with JIRA, agile project management.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical skills, and able to work independently.
