Job Description:
ThinkTell JunctionWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Associate to join our growing communications team. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about building and maintaining a positive public image for our organization. The Public Relations Associate will play a critical role in developing and implementing effective communication strategies that enhance our brand's visibility and reputation.  

Responsibilities:

• Draft press releases and other communication materials to articulate organizational messages effectively.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media representatives and influencers to enhance media coverage.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and press conferences to boost visibility and engagement.
• Monitor media coverage and public opinions related to the organization and its industry.
• Utilize social media platforms to enhance the organization’s image and engage with audiences.
• Support internal communication efforts to ensure consistent messaging across all departments.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related role.
• Strong writing and editing skills with an attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Familiarity with media monitoring tools and public relations software.
