As the Senior Product Manager - Ads, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution across the team. You will work with design and engineering partners to reimagine how advertisers and brands can best reach their targeted users on NewsBreak, while offering a pleasant and valuable ad experience to our users./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliDefine and build the proper measurement of ad performance and user experience for both branding and performance Ads./liliDrive the effort to improve the overall ad revenue and user experience./liliDrive integration work with different partners from a technical perspective, including event tracking, user data matching, reporting, etc. Drive new features to empower partners and improve ops efficiency./liliDesign and launch innovative products that help advertisers meet their goals by leveraging NewsBreaks first-party data and unique user engagement./liliDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of the global advertising market and the needs of advertisers./liliCollaborate closely with Sales, Ad Ops, Core Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to drive product implementation./li/ulh3Requirements/h3h4Minimum Qualifications/h4ulli5+ years of experience in product management or an equivalent role./liliExperience in digital advertising./liliStrong analytical skills and ability to execute complex product launches./liliAbility to act decisively in the face of ambiguity./liliUser-focused.
