Job Summary

The Design Lead will be responsible for overseeing the UI/UX designs within the organization. They will lead a team of designers to create innovative and user-friendly designs that meet the business objectives and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of UI/UX designers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create design solutions that align with business goals.
• Develop design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and enhance designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the design process and deliverables.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers to foster their growth and development.

Skill Requirements

• Proficient in UI/UX design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively lead a design team.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.
• Experience in conducting user research, creating personas, and usability testing.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset to deliver visually appealing and functional designs.
