This is a remote position that can be hired in North Carolina.

This role is part of the Enterprise Digital Design organization at Silicon Valley Bank, a division of First Citizens Bank. It involves defining the User Experience (UX) for digital products, services, and channels, providing expert consultation, leading design and user testing, and collaborating with IT teams. The designer will work on the SVB Go commercial banking platform, focusing on various aspects like administration, security, and money movement for digital platform users.

Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic monitoring and enhancement of the Bank's digital user experience, ensuring efficiency and ease of use.
  • Support digital products, channels, and initiatives, mentoring less experienced designers as needed.
  • Ensure success of digital enhancements through user testing, developing test plans, and analyzing engagement data.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders, coordinating with IT for digital deliverables.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in User Design OR High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience in User Design. Preferred experience includes the Financial Services Industry, commercial banking platforms, and design research.

Skills include experience with design systems, user research, Figma, Jira, Confluence, Agile environment, and understanding of payments products for commercial banking clients.
