The Role

Frank & Eileen is opening our very first US flagship store on Madison Avenue in New York City! From our Irish country house HQ in sunny California to the heart of Manhattan, our woman-owned, woman-led, B Corp-certified brand journey continues as we enter our NYC era. Join us in this exciting evolution of our business as we hire our first ever Visual Merchandiser - Flagship & Pop-Ups, the key visual leader responsible for translating the Frank & Eileen brand into immersive, high-impact in-store experiences. This role will report to Frank & Eileen HQ but will be based out of our New York Flagship Store and partner closely Retail and Wholesale teams to define and execute the visual strategy. Your work will shape the customer journey, bring storytelling to life, and drive business results through elevated and intentional merchandising.

Responsibilities
  • Lead visual execution for NYC flagship, new store openings, retail events, and wholesale activations.
  • Partner with Head of Merchandising to highlight key product stories and provide feedback on styles and visuals, informing future buys and assortment.
  • Work with HQ, Retail, and Wholesale teams to set and evolve seasonal and ongoing visual merchandising strategy.
  • Create and execute window displays, mannequins, floor sets, and in-store presentations that bring seasonal collections to life.
  • Develop key seasonal outfitting aligned with buying priorities for omnichannel marketing, windows, and in-store displays.
  • Collaborate with site merchandising, marketing, and store teams to align in-store visuals with product and campaign launch dates.
  • Train and guide store teams on visual merchandising, product presentation, and styling techniques to ensure brand consistency.
  • Assist customers on the sales floor, providing product guidance and connecting them with sales associates.
  • Organize tools, materials, guidebooks, and props, including sourcing as needed.
  • Monitor luxury fashion trends, competitor activity, and NYC cultural moments to inform storytelling.
  • Travel as needed to Los Angeles HQ and other markets for retail activations.
  • Available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Who You Are
  • 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in premium or luxury retail environments.
  • A strong eye for design, storytelling, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interpret business data and translate it into creative visual solutions.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving for extended periods throughout the day.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Capable of climbing ladders, using step stools, and maneuvering in tight spaces.
  • Able to safely operate tools and equipment related to moving merchandise (e.g. box cutters, dollies, hand trucks).
  • Comfortable working in varying conditions, including both indoor and outdoor environments.
Compensation

Salary Range of $85,000-$100,000
