Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design user-centric solutions for complex workflows.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and clear user stories for development.
• Contribute to the design system and advocate for UX best practices.
• Balance short-term deliverables with long-term product design vision.

• 4+ years of UX experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and clean UI design for B2B products.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools; experience writing user stories and functional specs.
• Bonus: Familiarity with healthcare technology, HR Software/technology solutions.
