We're building an AI-powered insurance brokerage transforming the $900 billion commercial insurance market by automating processes that currently run on pre-internet systems.

We've cracked the code on profitable unit economics in our healthcare, life sciences, education, and hospitality segments. Our founding team (ex-Goldman Sachs, Tesla, Morgan Stanley) has built the infrastructurenow we need someone to flood it with leads.

The Role: We've identified profitable segments. Your focus is to pursue them relentlessly until Harper dominates mindshare. This isn't a role for someone who needs directionit's for someone who sees data, identifies opportunity, and capitalizes without being asked.

Your Mission:

• Find + Flood: Identify profitable micro-segments and systematically capture every prospect
• Volume Focus: Your north star is lead volume through data-driven targeting and channel optimization
• Continuous Iteration: Spot patterns in data, suggest new segments, test channelsdon't wait for permission
• Pipeline Excellence: You find them, we convert them. Your job: keep the pipeline flowing
