WCF Insurance legal department has an immediate opening for someone who can demonstrate the WCF values to join their team as an Associate Compliance Specialist - Producer Administration. This is an exempt position reporting to the Director of Compliance. The person in this position plays a key part in supporting regulatory integrity of WCF's agency operations and relationships. The position is responsible for managing agency administration and ensuring accurate, up-to-date agency data across WCF's internal systems. It also provides critical support to the Director and the compliance team on other regulatory compliance matters, contributing to the organization's commitment to high standards of operational excellence and regulatory adherence. This position is required to work in our Sandy Office location Monday through Friday (NOT REMOTE).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Two years of insurance or regulatory experience preferred.
  • Good research skills, analysis skills, and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Maintain and update agency records in internal systems.
  • Process agency onboarding, mergers, acquisitions, and name changes.
  • Manage agency contracts and documentation.
  • Facilitate communication across internal departments and with agencies to ensure timely and accurate updates.
  • Track and verify annual agency E&O coverage.
  • Process regulatory filing invoices and process agency payments
  • Monitor and ensure full compliance with producer licensing and appointment requirements.
  • Support compliance team with administrative tasks and data maintenance.
  • Prepare and submit agency-related compliance documentation and regulatory filings.
  • Maintain agency compliance files and reference materials.

ACCOUNTABILITY & REQUIREMENTS

  • Maintain accurate agency and other compliance information in the company's systems.
  • Accurately and timely process agency-related updates, contracts/commission schedules, etc.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, accuracy, teamwork, dependability, and confidentiality regarding work for all contacts and customers
  • Make decisions that are appropriate for the situation and that reflect well on the company.

WCF Insurance offers an extensive compensation package. Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, company paid life insurance, 401K with a generous 6% employer match and additional benefits such as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and time off to volunteer in the local community. All employees earn 4 weeks of vacation their first year. Expected salary for this position is $57,120 – 71,400 depending on experience and education.

Internal candidates should have acceptable job performance, 6 months in their current position, and must notify their current supervisor that they have applied for the position.
