Job Summary: Our client is seeking an E-Learning Designer who will partner with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to create engaging and outcomes-driven compliance learning experiences (online and live compliance training initiatives) by leveraging innovative instructional design methods and adult learning theory. This is a remote opportunity!

Duties:

Design and develop state-of-the-art e-learning content using Articulate (Storyline and Rise).

Design the layout, color, typography, and user interface (UI) of e-learning courses.

Create high-quality and polished multimedia elements (videos, graphics, infographics, etc.) using Adobe Creative Cloud and other tools as required.

Lead or support course development projects from concept through publishing in the learning management system.

Perform basic functions within the learning management system (e.g., loading and testing online content, progress reporting, end-user troubleshooting).

Desired Skills/Experience:

3+ years of instructional design experience in Technology or FinTech environments.

Experience with compliance training preferred but not required.

Must be creative and have innovative ideas to execute impactful compliance training solutions.

Experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise is required.

Ability to build linear and adaptive e-learning solutions (i.e., e-learning with multiple content streams and/or pre-test).

Experience with audio and video editing and animation software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Soundbooth Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Flash, is a plus.

Strong graphic design skills and understanding of e-learning graphic design principles.

Exceptional written, verbal, critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong project management experience; must be able to self-manage and prioritize projects with little supervision.
