How you will impact the organization
The Content Marketing Specialist is a dynamic and creative role responsible for developing and executing engaging content and social media strategies that elevate brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. This individual will manage the company's brand presence across various platforms, with a creative eye for developing engaging content, fostering online communities, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Reporting to the Director, Content & Communications Strategy, the Content Marketing Specialist will be a key contributor to the overall marketing strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging and a strong digital presence. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative execution, and analytical skills to effectively leverage social media and other distribution channels as a powerful marketing tool. The ideal candidate is passionate about the evolving digital marketing and social media landscape, possesses a strong understanding of social storytelling, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The value you will deliver
Manage content creation for various social media platforms (with a strong focus on LinkedIn B2B marketing) and other digital marketing channels, including the development and editing of text posts, images, videos, and infographics.
Support the execution of a results-driven, comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create a social media calendar and integrate social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
Develop and recommend a digital content distribution strategy that maximizes the engagement on our content, boosts brand awareness, and supports overall marketing goals
Attend events as needed and produce related content.
Analyze data and metrics to track social media and content performance, identify areas for optimization, and create reports on key analytics.
Manage and maintain a consistent and accurate brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels, including management of Employee Advocacy programs.
What you will bring to the table
2+ years of social media communications experience.
1+ years experience using social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with digital communication strategies across social, email, and web channels.
Familiarity with Word, Excel, GoogleDocs, GoogleSheets, Google Meet, Teams, Zoom, etc.
Proficiency in various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram) and understanding their specific features and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to effectively adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content including text, images, videos, and other formats.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong visual design sense and creative aptitude.
Understanding of social media platform algorithms, best practices, and trends.

The salary range for this role is $75,000-$80,000 USD annually .
