Marketing Project Manager Location : Hybrid in NYC or SF Duration:
7 Months Contract About the Role: We are looking for a Marketing Program Manager who will support strategic marketing initiatives for Clients Ads business, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives across owned and 3P events and customer lifecycle programs. This position requires an understanding of customer needs and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in addition to working with sales leaders in a fast-paced environment where creativity, collaboration, and attention to detail is key. Key Responsibilities: Program Manager role supporting the North America Customer Marketing and ABM team, focusing on project management and execution across events, field marketing, campaigns, and internal initiatives. Role is more focused on coordination and project management than strategy development. Role involves working with 4-5 team members in the US, supporting ABM, field marketing, and executive engagement programs. Must Have: 4+ years of experience in customer marketing, field marketing, or event marketing Strong project management skills with autonomy. Experience with tools like Excel, Google Sheets; familiarity with event tools like Splash is a plus but not required. Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration. Ability to build relationships across teams and drive initiatives independently. Professionalism and effective communication emphasized. Frequent coordination with cross-functional partners, including internal sales enablement and other marketing teams. Nice to have Background Experience or Knowledge: Event marketing, field marketing, or ABM experience is a plus. Familiarity with the media and advertising landscape is preferred but not mandatory. Preferred: Experience in media, advertising, ad tech, or agency environments. Education: Bachelors degree is preferred but not required. A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $65- $73/hr. on W2 (Rate is based on experience).
