We are actively seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and success-oriented Marketing Specialist III to join our Central Division Marketing Team. In this role, you will collaborate with engineering pursuit teams, guiding them through the entire lifecycle of pursuit development for our division's growth clients. This opportunity entails technical editing, developing engaging layouts for complex proposals, and ensuring brand consistency and alignment with client requirements. Additionally, you will coordinate and produce high-quality marketing collateral that effectively conveys technical and strategic messages. Are you creative, strategic, and organized? What You'll Do
Coordinate, write, and lead qualification packages, proposals, and leave-behind material for pursuits. Collaborate with technical staff and write/review/edit content for clarity, compliance, and key messages. Work with pursuit teams to develop pursuit strategies, including providing research and industry business intelligence. Organize and may lead or support technical staff in the presentation phase of the pursuit, including coaching. Organize and facilitate pursuit strategy meetings. Support client service teams by preparing materials for internal and external meetings, as well as participating in client service team meetings. May coordinate division public relations (PR) activities, including creating press releases and announcements, writing articles for division newsletter, and coordinating project awards and other PR-related projects. Perform other duties as assigned. What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field and 4 years of relevant experience, or In lieu of degree, 8 years of relevant experience What You'll Bring
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and other communication-related software, with skilled use of CRM. Strong written and verbal communication skills for strategy and message development with all levels of pursuit management. Ability to utilize research and data to understand client needs and develop actionable solutions. Strong attention to detail and excellent document quality control/editing capabilities for proposals and presentations, including providing edits and constructive feedback to less-experienced staff. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with strong time management skills. Experience in implementing sales tools and reviewing document compliance. What We Prefer
