The Event Planning Manager will primarily service Group Sales bookings, acting as the liaison between Meeting Planners and hotel staff. Responsibilities include managing sales agreements, detailing Food, Beverage, and A/V needs, overseeing room blocks, billing, and ensuring smooth event execution. This role involves being the on-site contact for events.

Qualifications

Strong desire to satisfy customer needs in a fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Minimum 1-year experience in hotel event sales, event planning, or hotel management

Proficiency in general computer skills

Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling a fast-paced environment
