Overview
We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to help plan and execute marketing initiatives that drive company growth and engagement. This role manages a wide variety of projects - from event planning and digital campaigns to social media and internal communications. If you're highly organized, collaborative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Minimal travel may be required for event support.
What You'll Do
Coordinate marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Manage the production schedule, proofing process, and content updates across print and digital platforms. Plan and support corporate and customer events, vendor training sessions, and promotional campaigns. Oversee social media channels and company announcements. Maintain the marketing calendar and track promotional performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure brand consistency.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2+ years of marketing, project coordination, or related experience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools. Experience with graphic design or production is a plus. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs for event setup or promotional materials.
