Duties to include but are not limited to:
Answer incoming calls inquiring about home care services and follow proper procedures to onboard new clients.
Educate prospective clients on service offerings and direct referrals where needed for prospects seeking additional services outside companys scope of care.
Conduct follow up calls to past prospective clients.
Assist Business Development Manager with specific marketing campaigns, events and outreach.
Assist with organization of marketing collateral as needed.
Utilize phone skills to perform regularly scheduled calls to inquire with social workers on pending discharges who might be in need of home care services.
Maintain up to date data in sales software (CRM)
Ongoing clean up and update of referral source database.
Conduct regular new client surveys and well as research and develop a more streamlined, automated and/or more efficient customer experience feedback system.
Utilize social media to communicate with prospective business partners, clients and caregivers.
Write pertinent content for web site and blog posts.
May develop referral relationships within a specified region or channel partner category.
Qualifications:
Exceptional oral, written and phone skills
Proficiency in computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Canva as well as social media platforms with the ability to learn and utilize other software applications
Home care knowledge preferred
