Project Manager
Lead transformative infrastructure projects as a Project Manager with expertise in civil, site, and transportation engineering. This role combines technical oversight, client engagement, and team leadership to deliver high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective solutions. Responsibilities
Responsibilities include: Leading multidisciplinary teams on transportation and infrastructure improvement projects involving roadway/site/civil/drainage and related projects. Providing technical review and guidance for the preparation of AutoCAD drawings and specifications to create contract documents for construction, permitting requirements, and contract administration during construction. Managing project budgets and finances, schedules, and client relationships. Developing construction cost estimates. Coordinating contract preparation and subconsultants. Mentoring and directing project and staff level engineers to enhance their professional development. Participating in proposal development, interview presentations, and contract negotiations. Ensuring familiarity with Federal, State and local regulatory requirements to comply with safety, quality assurance, and project delivery. Qualifications
Education: B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering PE licensure required Experience: Minimum of 10 years, 3 years as Project Manager Salary Range (CT): $130,000 $160,000, depending on experience. Benefits
