McMillen, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Senior Marketing Coordinator with a minimum of 3 years of marketing proposal experience. Candidates must have a bachelors in marketing, business, journalism, PR, communications or English and possess a strong desire to grow both personally and professionally with each marketing effort. The Senior Marketing Coordinator will work closely with business development, marketing, operations, and senior management in the development of high quality, professional and consistent proposals, presentations and other marketing-related documents for engineering and construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Proposal Development:
Assist in the creation, formatting, and design of proposals, statements of qualifications (SOQs), and presentations. Develop compelling visuals and layouts to enhance technical content. Coordinate content collection with teaming partners and subcontractors as needed. Research client and project needs to develop strategic messaging. Archive and organize information in knowledge database. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and proposal best practices.
Graphic Design & Visual Communications:
Design marketing materials, infographics, and project visuals for proposals, social media, and campaigns. Develop branded templates for reports, presentations, and client deliverables. Maintain and enhance the firm's visual identity across all platforms.
Strategic Marketing & Campaigns:
Support conference and event campaigns. Support public relations efforts on water resources projects.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications or English Minimum of 3 years of marketing proposal work experience with strong graphic design skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office Exemplary organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Highly organized and detail oriented Solution-oriented self-starter with strong work ethic Previous proofreading experience Experience in engineering, construction, or architecture industries highly preferred Experience working on federal proposal development (i.e. SF330) a plus Compensation Package: Pay Range: $73,000 87,000 (DOE) Benefits: McMillen provides a full Benefits Program consisting of Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, FSA, EAP, 401(k) and match, 9 Paid Holidays, generous PTO, opportunity for Stock Ownership, and Wellness Reimbursement.
