Manager Seamless Entertainment- Content
you will lead the execution of campaigns focused on video streaming, with a particular focus on planning and partnership across strategic content focused moments (cultural, holiday, premiere, opportunistic, etc.). You'll collaborate closely with product, creative and research teams to map out and deliver campaigns that attrract, activate and retain users, while continuously optimizing for performance. At Spectrum, we keep nearly 32 million customers connected across our 41-state footprint. Over an advanced communications network, the company offers a full range of state-of-the-art residential and business services including Spectrum Internet, TV, Mobile and Voice. Our Manager, Seamless Entertainment plays an essential role in coordinating all activities to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement and retention for our video. WHAT OUR MANAGER, SEAMLESS ENTERTAINMENT CONTENT ENJOYS MOST: Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience Finding ways to connect our products to the content and talent our audience loves. Managing day-to-day execution of campaign workflows and creative development Serving as a key liaison with content and programming partners for co-marketing efforts Ensuring the customer experience is integrated into every campaign touchpoint Managing campaign performance analysis and reporting to senior leadership Participating in partner communications and content launches for high-impact promotions Acting as brand steward during asset development and approvals Using market and audience insights to inform messaging, targeting, and product enhancements Youll actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience through implementing and maintaining marketing plans that align with organizational and departmental objectives tied to customer engagement, retention, and revenue. WHAT YOULL BRING TO SPECTRUM Required Qualifications Knowledge of streaming apps, including entertainment marketing acumen Experience with demand generation, upsell, cross sell, retention, and engagement marketing channels Ability to prioritize and organize effectively Ability to supervise and motivate others Project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects while coordinating efforts across a variety of functional areas Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders across the company and facilitate collaboration between teams. Technically savvy; proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Analytics and Tableau preferred Strong analytical approach to presenting recommendations and making decisions Knowledge of marketing strategies and procedures Ability to create plans, timelines, expense forecasts and process flowcharts Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Preferred Qualifications Digital native with keen understanding of streaming platforms Understanding of the content/programmer dynamic within a cable/telecom ecosystem Has a proven track record of hands-on execution of complex initiatives Possesses a high degree of integrity and maturity.
