The Opportunity: A results-oriented senior manager of PP&T (Price, Promotion, and Trade) is sought to lead division's revenue growth and profitability by strategically managing pricing, promotional activities, and trade spend. This role requires working cross-functionally with various departments like Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Management to ensure alignment and effective implementation of strategies. Key Responsibilities Oversees ROI pre-assessment using sales forecasts to guide strategic resource allocation and investment decisions. Develop and execute pricing strategies by aligning with the product management team to set prices for products across various channels, optimizing price points. Analyze market trends and competitive pricing to make informed pricing decisions and identify opportunities for price optimization. Develop and implement promotional strategies that align with business objectives and attract target audiences. Monitor and evaluate promotional performance for adjustments based on performance and market trends. Develop trade strategies and plans, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment with the company's growth and profit objectives. Optimize trade spending by analyzing trade promotion executions to uncover opportunities for improved ROI and influencing tangible improvements for key customers. Present pricing analysis and recommendations to senior management and influence decision-making processes. Job Requirements Bachelors degree in business, marketing, finance, or related fields. Master's degree (MBA) and/or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, focusing on pricing, promotion management, or trade optimization. Deep understanding and experience in developing and implementing various pricing strategies (cost-based, competitive, penetration, value-based). Experience with analytical tools and methodologies for pricing and promotion optimization. Proven ability to lead projects, influence cross-functional partners, and build strong stakeholder relationships, including with senior leadership. Excellent communication skills to present complex data clearly and convincingly. Experience working with and managing data warehousing systems for large datasets. Salary Range: $103,000 $175,000 USD Benefits for Full-Time Employees: No-cost premiums for medical, dental, vision, and prescription benefits for employees and eligible dependents.
