The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute (RRPFI) is the sole nonprofit organization created by President Reagan charged with advancing his legacy and principles individual liberty, economic opportunity, freedom and democracy, peace through strength, and national pride. A globally recognized nonpartisan organization based in Simi Valley, CA, with a leadingpolicy institute in Washington, DC, RRPFI delivers impactful public affairs programming, policy convenings and projects of national and international significance, scholarly initiatives, and distinctive educational programming shaping the perspectives of middle, high school, and college students. Also onsite are the Reagan Center for Public Affairs, the Presidential Learning Center, the Air Force One Pavilion, and the Reagan Leadership Center. Position Summary
The Ronald Reagan Institute (RRI), the Washington, D.C. office of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation & Institute, seeks a dynamic and skilled Digital Content and Communications Manager. The Manager will develop, execute, and oversee digital content across multiple digital channels that advance RRIs mission to promote President Reagans legacy and advance his principles. This position requires an exceptional strategic communicator and skilled digital analyst who can translate the work of our policy centers into audience engagement and growth. From policymakers and media to students, donors, and the general public. The Manager will play a central role in amplifying RRIs voice through traditional, digital, and event-based channels. Content Development Produce compelling written and multimedia content for RRIs website, publications, press materials, speeches, donor reports, digital wall and event collateral. With brand guidance and collaboration from the Chief Marketing Officer. Promote the Institutes thought leadership and conveningssuch as the

with storytelling that emphasizes impact and mission alignment. Maintain consistency of tone, style, and brand across all platforms. Oversee day-to-day management of RRIs social media channel, creating posts that inform, engage, and inspire in collaboration with the team in Simi Valley, California. Oversee day-to-day management of RRIs digital wall. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote RRI programs, policy papers, and high-profile events. Collaborate with internal and California teams to ensure web content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for audience engagement and conversation. Podcast Reaganism and Rendezvous Oversee recording sessions (in-person and virtual) and coordinate with external vendors or in-house staff for editing and post-production. Develop promotional strategies to grow audience reach, including social media teasers, newsletter features, and media partnerships. Track podcast analytics and listener engagement, providing insights for continuous improvement. Event Communications Partner with program and events teams to develop promotional materials and live event coverage. Manage pre- and post-event communications to maximize reach, including working with outside vendors, social media amplification, and post-event summaries. Develop communication toolkits and messaging guides for RRIs collaborators and allies. Measurement & Reporting Track and analyze the reach and impact of communication efforts across platforms. Prepare regular analytics reports and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. 47 years of experience in nonprofit, policy, or mission-driven communications. Exceptional writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills. Proven success growing organizational social media accounts and content calendars. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-profile environment. A deep appreciation for President Reagans legacy and alignment with RRIs mission. Strategic and creative thinker who can adapt messaging for audiences online. Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Confident, diplomatic communicator who thrives in high-visibility environments. Reporting Relationships This position will report to the Chief of Staff.
